2018 Summer Dinner

Dear ACI Lebanon members,

You are cordially invited along with your spouse (wife/husband) to 2018 Summer Dinner that will take place on Wednesday 20^th of June 2018 starting 8:00 PM at "Domaine de Zekrit", Matn [see map hereafter].
Winners and Runners-up in both Backgammon (Frangieh & Mahbousseh) and Chess 2018 Tournaments will be awarded prizes offered by Thomson Reuters - in addition to “Christian Hajjar Award” presented to Backgammon Winners - during this event that will include musical entertainment.
Since the venue management requires a firm commitment to pay for the reserved number of attendees, you are kindly requested to inform us by email (secretariat@acilebanon.com), the names of the confirmed members attending and mention if member will be accompanied by her/his spouse, to enable us make accordingly guaranteed reservations that are subsequently binding.
In this respect and in the best interest of our association, members encountering a contretemps after having confirmed attendance are kindly requested to inform us immediately in order to cancel their reservation.
We would highly appreciate receiving your reservations the soonest possible, but latest by Friday 15th of June 2018 before 11:00 AM in order to comply with imposed time restraint.

• Participation Fees for a non-member are of USD 150 (in case any member wishes to be accompanied by a non-member/non-spouse person, e.g. her/his fiancé/e, etc.)
